Preston began his career working with two prominent law firms with a strong national and international presence. He served as a judicial clerk to two judges in the Eighth Judicial District Court, gaining insight into the judicial process and the local legal community.
His experience also includes a position with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office. These roles gave him perspectives from private practice, the courts, and public service.
Preston is a committed litigator who strives to provide his clients with strong legal representation. He and his team bring years of experience in the Las Vegas legal field to their work.
